Out in Town - London

Living in London as a family has positive and negative sides and in general for our family the good sides outweigh the bad sides.
I grew up outside a big city in Germany and Sweden. Enough country adventure mixed with city life if desired.
Now my husband and I are living and working in London - we have been blessed with four children - I never imagined to bring up my children in a big city like London! But here we go….
well…we are not able to send the kids out on a bike ride themselves or a play in the back fields but we have lots of fantastic attraction to visit and exhibitions to see! Its amazing what is on offer every single weekend if you do leave the house!
This weekend e.g. we went to Somerset house and visited “Pick me up”, a graphic art festival for the whole family. We had a great time and all the kids enjoyed it and got something out of it.
An inspiring Sunday with some lunch on the Southbank.
The exhibition is definitely a place to visit and give the budding artists a kickstart!
These were a few of our favourite things seen from our youngest perspective at Pick Me Up at Somerset House.
