Glad Påsk!

We like to wish you a Happy Easter!

Easter or påsk as we call it in Sweden is a widely celebrated holiday with most people concentrating on family gatherings, large feasts and traveling out to the countryside.

The holiday marks the first long weekend of spring in Sweden, so for most Swedes this is the time to head out to the country side and wipe the cobwebs off their summer homes for the first time this year. It also seems like the first chance to break out the gardening tools and prepare their “trädgård” for spring. If the snow is gone, that is.

Springtime looming - Easter around the corner

As springtime is looming and Easter is just around the corner we thought we like to highlight our super cuddly baby comforter to you which make a great first Easter gift to any Newborn baby.

The head and backing is made out of the softest fluffy fabric and has one of our statement prints on the front. The ears have crinkle paper inserted and the head a rattle to keep baby entertained and happy.

Mother's Day

Yesterday was Mother's Day in England.

I remember this day with fondness through the years as my children grow up. They always create beautiful handmade cards but this time I also got a perfect made cup of tea! It was brought to my bed by my second eldest son, some wild crocus flowers picked from the garden by my daughter and some drawings by my youngest son. My oldest just gave me a hug and said: "I don't need to give you anything special today - I try to be nice to you everyday!"
Which made me smile and was perfectly fine from a 12 year old boy.
We spent all day together and saw some great artists at the "Affordable Art fair" in Battersea Park.
This fair I can highly recomend as there is not only inspiring & talented artists but also "affordable" art to buy.
